Could not recommend more highly and my pleasure to express here.I've dealt with very many clinicians over my 37 years of diabetes and I totally struck gold when I engaged with Fran.She provides an absolutely first class range of Diabetes Education services, coming from a very strong hospital clinical practice background.Demonstrating exemplary knowledge of available resources and prevailing, contemporary best practices, which she is constantly striving to ever improve upon.On a personal level, I have found her to be a real pleasure to work with. She is very transparent and takes care to ensure that things are properly explained and understood. Moreover very reasonably priced for such quality of service and she is also happy to take Care Plan referrals.Having a family herself, I'd also have considerable confidence in her competence to work with folk of all ages.Most importantly for me, I have always felt very safe and well provided for, in her capable guidance, carefulness and care.In closing and justification for the aforegoing personal endorsement - my testimony as a needlephobic diabetic suffering with poor control, is that I shall be forever indebted to Fran for helping me be liberated from the burdens of multiple daily injections and with her well managed programme of assistance, safely transition to a super convenient pump therapy, where not only do I hope to benefit from considerably improved control, I don't ever have to see a needle!Profoundly life changing for me and I know I simply couldn't be doing this without her help.Would give six stars if I could!!
